Following Prologis’ approach to the Board of the company with terms of a possible combination, announced to the market on 24/06/26, CCLA has engaged with the management of Prologis and the Board of the company.
Under the Takeover Code, the current Put Up or Shut Up expires at 17:00 on 22/07/26. CCLA urge the Board of the company to extend this deadline in order to engage with Prologis and to maximise shareholder value.
