Property Finance Assistant

The Property Finance function is responsible for the fund accounting and administration of CCLA’s two direct property vehicles and the oversight of the outsourced property management accounting for the directly owned assets. It works very closely with CCLA Property Fund Management (“PFM”) team, supporting them on financial and operational matters.

Client Support Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Administrator on a six-month fixed term contract. The Client Support and the Client Service Team are responsible for all aspects of our administrative relationship with clients, potential clients and client relationship managers. The department always aims to provide the highest level of service. The role requires excellent product and system knowledge ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with Compliance and departmental procedures.

Client Support Administrator Projects (6-month FTC)

The Client Service Team is responsible for all aspects of our administrative relationship with clients and potential clients. The department aims to always provide the highest level of service. In preparation of CCLA outsourcing our Transfer Agency work there is a need to cleanse our Client Database. There is also an ongoing AML remediation project. The role will be to assist the Client Service Team in these projects.
