Portfolio Manager

A member of the Investment Department, the role of the Portfolio Manager is to direct the portfolio management and investment research process for equities and to identify attractive securities and pooled product for inclusion in client mandates. The Portfolio Manager role is a client facing one and involves sales and marketing responsibilities.

Investment Writer

The investment writer plays a pivotal role in conveying CCLA’s messages on investments, market outlook and sustainability. The investment writer produces timely investment commentary, crafting engaging content on market outlooks and sustainability insights. The writer will also collaborate with the investment team and marketing colleagues to generate campaigns and endorse products, improving market position.

HR Officer

The HR Officer plays an important role in ensuring employee engagement and employee wellbeing at CCLA. The HR Officer is responsible for assisting and supporting the daily HR activities at CCLA including amongst others recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding of employees, developing and maintaining CCLA’s HRIS, implementing HR policies and maintaining and improving existing HR processes and procedures. They should be able to work efficiently to ensure the smooth end-to-end running of HR activities.

Global Equity Analyst

A member of the Investment Department, the role of the Global Equity Analyst, is to follow the investment research process for both equities and alternatives, to identify attractive securities for inclusion in client mandates. The Analyst role is a client facing one and involves sales and marketing responsibilities.
