In managing our property funds we aim to construct a diversified portfolio of well located properties, with high quality tenants which provide a regular and secure income.

Property is a long-term asset class. By investing in commercial buildings such as offices, retail space or industrial units, investors may benefit from rental income as well as potential capital growth over time. Property values can be influenced by wider economic conditions and market demand, so they are not without risk.

Our approach focuses on investing in well-located, good-quality properties that are capable of attracting and retaining strong tenants. Active management is essential, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard and remain relevant for the future. We also recognise the importance of environmental and social impact when considering property selection and improvements.

We look for properties with prospects of real increases in rental income and capital value over time. We prefer those with above-average rents, and specialise in properties with relatively short leases, as these allow us to begin the work of improvement at an early date.
