On 12 May 2022 we wrote to investors advising them of the forthcoming change to the fund’s investment objective and outsourcing of portfolio management. We indicated that our implementation date was to be 10 June 2022 or shortly thereafter. As we complete the final preparations for the transfer, the expected date is being finalised. While we do not have a definitive date at this stage we do know it will be at some point after 10 June 2022 and we will notify investors via the website of the actual implementation date as soon as it is known.
