Raising the bar on plan quality and how investors are voting

CCLA and the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum (LAPFF) invite you to an afternoon seminar on climate transition plans and investor voting.

As expectations rise for credible transition plans, investors are sharpening their focus on governance, physical risk, delivery and accountability. We’ll explore what ‘good’ looks like in 2026, and how votes on climate concerns are evolving in response.

Hear from

  • fireside chat: Steve Waygood (Finance Transition Centre)
  • panel discussions, including Vicky Moffat (Chapter Zero), Matthias Narr (Ethos), Tim Barlow (First Street), Abby Llewelyn Waters (Jupiter Asset Management), and Catherine Marchewitz (StePs)
  • CCLA leadership and LAPFF representatives, alongside perspectives from issuers, asset owners, asset managers, the local authority and not-for-profit sectors

Highlights include

  • What makes a robust climate transition plan in 2026.
  • How physical risk is being assessed and reflected in plans.
  • How investors are voting on climate concerns, and the role of the transition plan vote.
