The Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) of the unit/shareholders of the COIF Charities Fixed Interest Fund/The CBF Church of England Fixed Interest Securities Fund were held at 10am and 11am respectively on Wednesday, 6 April 2022. The extraordinary resolution proposed at each EGM to amend the investment objective and investment policy of each fund as stipulated in the respective circulars dated 9 March 2022 was passed IN FAVOUR of the changes. The percentage of the votes cast FOR the resolution in the case of each fund was as follows:
COIF Charities Fixed Interest Fund: 96.72%
The CBF Church of England Fixed Interest Securities Fund: 97.35%
These results exceed the 75% threshold requirement and therefore the resolution was carried in each case.
