CCLA hosts a dinner to discuss the relationship between the Charity Chair and Chief Executive. ‘Learning and leading together’ was led by Paul Streets, chief executive of the Lloyds Bank Foundation, which funds over 1,000 small and medium charities across England and Wales. Paul has had a long leadership career in the voluntary and public sectors working as CEO of two charities (including Diabetes UK) and two public bodies. In that time he has worked with 7 different Chairs. Paul also has significant NED experience himself as a board member, and currently chairs Contact a Family and a UK wide NHS Committee.
