OLIVER JONES-DAVIES
Oliver is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and has an MA in Economics and Economic History from Edinburgh University. He has over 14 years' experience of working in financial markets and joined CCLA in September 2009. Before joining CCLA, Oliver was a Private Banker advising clients on financial strategies to best suit their objectives and requirements. Prior to that he worked both in investment management and investment banking. As a fund manager, responsibilities included the active management of cash, bonds and equities for high net worth individuals and charities. In investment banking he advised and managed complex institutional clients and also took a leading role on the public offering of a number of European government owned companies.

SIMON STEELE
Joined CCLA on 1 July 2010 as an investment director. He will focus on stock selection, equity research and portfolio construction. He was, formerly Investment Director at Adam & Company and Pan European Head of Equities for RBS Global Investment Services,
Simon has 19 years of experience within the financial sector and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. At Adam & Company, as an Investment Director, he was Head of Stock Selection and responsible for a number of key mandates including charities, pension funds, trusts and specialist equity funds. Simon also co-managed the highly successful Adam Worldwide fund. Prior to this, he has worked as a fund manager for the WH Smiths Pension fund, Fuji-Lord Abbett and Singer & Friedlander Investment Management.

STUART FREEMAN
Stuart Freeman is a Fund Manager in our Fixed Interest and Cash Management
Department with specific responsibility for the management of the
COIF Charities Fixed Interest and Deposit Funds. He joined CCLA in
1997 from Sumitomo Finance International for whom he had worked for
nearly thirteen years, trading both fixed income and money market
instruments.

MITCHELL HUMPHREYS
Mitchell Humphreys has more than 20 years’ experience in fund management. His responsibilities have included the active management of cash, bonds and equities for institutions, companies and high net worth individuals, involving both fundamental research and advanced quantitative techniques. More recently, he has been instrumental in the initiation and management of a successful multi-manager programme that has involved assets of more than £30bn. His role at CCLA is to combine these elements in the management of clients’ portfolios.

JOHN KELLY
John Kelly joined CCLA in June 2007 as Head of Client Investment. He joined from Abbey where he was Director Retail Channels, a role with fund management and client service responsibilities. Before joining Abbey, John was investment director for Barclay’s unit trust businesses where he was instrumental in the launch of BGI funds and b2.

HEATHER LAMONT
Heather Lamont has worked in voluntary sector management since qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1992. She has held senior positions as a charity finance director, chief executive, and auditor, and for five years was editor of Charity Finance magazine. Since 2005 she has focused on investment management, joining CCLA in July 2008 from the charities team at HSBC.
Heather is a trustee of three different charities, and is regularly invited to speak or write on a range of voluntary sector financial management topics. As well as chartered accountancy, her qualifications include the Diploma in Charity Accounting, the Investment Management Certificate, and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
